What this site collects
This website has no forms and no accounts. Like most websites, the server that hosts it may record basic technical details such as your browser type, the pages you visit and the time of the visit, to keep the site secure and working.
When you call us
If you call PlumbTek, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem, so we can schedule and complete the work, send an invoice and follow up on the job.
Maps and fonts
The contact page can load a Google map when you choose to show it, and pages use Google Fonts. Those services may receive your IP address under their own privacy terms.
How information is used
We use what you tell us to do the plumbing work you asked for and to run the business. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (612) 254-6294. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version. Last updated 2026-10-18.
