How calls are handled
PlumbTek answers its phone 24/7 and does its own plumbing work. When every PlumbTek plumber is already committed, for example during a deep freeze or a major storm, we may pass a call to another trusted local plumber so the caller is not left waiting. Any work done by that plumber is between the caller and that business.
Safety
If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If water is near electrical outlets or panels, stay out of the water and shut off power only if it is safe to do so.
